Your birth details are used once — to calculate your reading — and are not stored.
What we collect
Your name and email address (to prepare and deliver your order), payment information (handled entirely by our merchant of record, the platform that processes your payment — we never see or store your card details), and the birth details you provide: date, time, and place of birth.
What we do with your birth details — and what we never do
Your birth details are used for exactly one purpose: calculating and preparing your reading. They are not stored. They are held only for as long as the 24-hour correction window requires, and are removed from our systems within 72 hours of delivery. They are not kept on file, not added to any database, not used for marketing, and never shared, rented, or sold to anyone, for any reason.
What we keep
Ordinary order records — your name, email, what you purchased, and delivery status — retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support. Payment and billing records are held by our merchant of record under its own privacy policy, which is presented to you at checkout.
If you request a free reading, you join our list and can leave it with one click, any time. We send what you signed up for, and nothing more.
