Plain terms for a simple product: a personal reading, prepared once, yours to keep.

1 · What we sell

Money Seasons offers personalised digital reading documents (PDF), prepared from the birth details you provide at checkout: The Money Code, Code + Seasons, and The Wealth Map. Product contents are described on their pages.

2 · Delivery, refunds, and cancellation

Delivery and refunds are governed by our Refund & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: delivery within 24–48 hours (usually sooner), all sales final once preparation has begun, one free recalculation within 24 hours if you supplied incorrect birth details, and immediate replacement of any faulty file. Payments are collected by our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your purchase and whose name may appear on your card statement.

3 · Your licence

Your reading is prepared for you personally. You may keep, print, and share it privately as you wish. You may not resell it, republish it, or distribute it commercially, in whole or in part.

4 · Our content

All text, design, imagery, and the methods embodied in Money Seasons products and this site are the property of Money Seasons and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

5 · The nature of a reading

Readings are offered for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment, as described in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. They are not professional advice of any kind, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.

6 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Seasons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or its products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7 · Age

This site and its products are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

8 · Accuracy of your details

Readings are calculated from the birth details you provide. You are responsible for their accuracy; the correction window in our Refund & Delivery Policy applies.

9 · Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
