Delivery

Every Money Seasons reading is prepared individually from the birth details you provide at checkout. Your files are delivered as PDF downloads within 24–48 hours of purchase — usually much sooner. When your reading is ready, your download links appear on your order confirmation page and are sent to your email. If you can't find them, check your spam folder, then write to hello@moneyseasons.com and we will resend them promptly.

All sales are final

Preparation of your reading begins as soon as your order is placed, and the result is a personalised digital product — calculated from your birth details, for you and no one else. It cannot be returned, restocked, or resold. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once preparation has begun. By placing your order you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once delivery of your digital content has begun, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation.

Entered the wrong birth details?

It happens — a mistyped birth time is the most common. Contact us at hello@moneyseasons.com within 24 hours of purchase with the corrected details, and we will recalculate and redeliver your reading once, free of charge.

This applies to genuine corrections of the details you entered — for example, the birth time, or the spelling of the birth place. A request that amounts to a different person's birth details — in particular, a different birth date — is a new reading, not a correction, and is not covered. One correction per order. Readings are otherwise considered correctly delivered as calculated from the details you provided.

Something wrong with your files?

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable, tell us and we will replace it immediately. We stand behind the craft.
